These Terms and Conditions govern your use of https://mr-jewels.com and purchases made from Monroe Family Jewelry. The website is operated by Envoise, based in Tilburg, the Netherlands.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

Our products are offered exclusively to customers in the United States. You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to place an order.

2. Final Collection Offer

During our final collection campaign, selected jewelry may be reduced to a product price of $0. Separately disclosed shipping and handling charges apply to every order and are displayed before payment.

Current charges are:

• One item: $25

• Two items: $35

• Three items: $45

• Each additional item: $10

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that the jewelry price and shipping and handling charges have been clearly presented to you before checkout.

Products are available only while supplies last. We may limit quantities, correct errors, withdraw products or end the offer at any time before accepting an order.

3. Orders and Payment

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted once we send confirmation and begin processing it.

You agree to provide complete and accurate billing, shipping and contact information. We may cancel or refuse orders affected by suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, pricing errors, stock errors or misuse of the offer.

All prices and charges are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes may be calculated at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are carefully prepared and shipped with tracking. The estimated total time from placing an order to delivery is 7–12 business days, including processing and transportation.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs procedures, severe weather, incorrect addresses and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. Contact support@mr-jewels.com immediately if an address needs to be corrected. Changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.

5. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 14 days after delivery, subject to our Return and Refund Policy. Customers must contact us before sending a return.

When a full refund is approved under our Return and Refund Policy, the original shipping and handling charges are refundable. Return conditions, exclusions, return-shipping responsibility and instructions are explained in the separate Return and Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

6. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present our jewelry accurately. Colors, dimensions and appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, screen settings and normal manufacturing variations.

Product descriptions and images are provided for general information. Unless expressly stated, our jewelry is not represented as an investment or as having a certified precious-metal, gemstone or appraisal value.

7. Personal Use

Products purchased through this website are intended for personal use. You may not misuse the offer, place fraudulent orders, interfere with the website, introduce malicious software or use the website for unlawful purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

The website’s branding, photographs, written content, graphics, logos and design elements belong to Envoise or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell or commercially exploit this material without prior written permission.
