RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We hope you are happy with your jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days after your order is delivered.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• Contact us within 14 days after delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unused and undamaged.

• Items must be returned with their original packaging.

• Proof of purchase or an order number is required.

• Returns must receive approval before being shipped.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Starting a Return

Email support@mr-jewels.com with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for your request.

After approval, we will provide return instructions. Approved returns must be sent to:

Do not return an order before receiving confirmation from our support team.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless an item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. We cannot issue a refund for a return that is lost before reaching the return facility.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds include the amount paid for the order, including the original shipping and handling charges. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact support@mr-jewels.com as soon as possible and include clear photographs of the item and packaging.

After reviewing the claim, we may offer a replacement or refund and provide appropriate return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept:

• Items showing signs of wear, damage or alteration

• Items returned without their original packaging

• Items returned after the 14-day period

• Items sent without prior return authorization

This does not affect any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Order Cancellations

Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation once processing or fulfillment has started. If an order has already shipped, it must be returned according to this policy.
